Dear VDA QMC China trainees:

From now on, our company will no longer provide paper certificates (and cards, ASPICE courses will be exception), the replacement will be E-Certificates. All trainees who have paid and completed the training will receive their e-certificate in the (or the training booker, if different from the trainees) mailbox registered in our International Training Management Tool (ITMT for short) system. (This applies to all trainees with a training date after 1 January 2022, regardless they have received paper certificates or not).

Notes:

1. For the trainees who have completed the training, your e-certificate will be sent from our contact person to your (or your training booker) email which registered in our ITMT system. Please note and check.

2. If you received the e-certificate with a paper certificate of the same qualification (training), the e-certificate will be valid.

3. In further ITMT updated version, the e-certificate will be automatically sent to the registered email from the system. The course booker can query/download the existing e-certificate through the "Certificate Documents" under their account. (please pay attention to our WeChat account (VDA-QMC-CHINA), so you will get the notice for system updates on time).

4. For those who have completed registration in ITMT system, please log in and check the Surname and Forename in the ‘Passport Details'. Ensure that the field is filled in English characters (it is recommended to fill in the English name consistent with the passport or other identity documents), otherwise the generation of e-certificate will be failed.
